This clip with Danny O’Brian from the Electronic Frontier Foundation gets most of it right.
It’s closer to 3 years worth of preparation.
It’s two hosts, a spokesperson and a would-be business partner.

The Pirate Bay Trial – Transcript Peter Sunde part 1
From The Pirate Bay Trial Day 05 Part 1 podradio from 2009-02-20. I tried my best to balance between staying as close to what their saying as possible and still making it possible to comprehend. Not all of the people at this trial are skilled speakers and that means their speech isn’t fluent. They at times rephrase their sentances upon realizing they arent saying what they want to. So if you find stuff in here that doesn’t make sense chances are it didn’t make sense to me either.
The recording cuts in in the middle of a question by the Prosecutor. This is just at the beginning though, and Sunde it being questioned about the raid against PRQ and why there was a computer in the TPB server rack that he had access [...]

DN, a very large news paper in Sweden claims to have done some “digging” into last years blog quake surrounding the FRA law. They got a quote from Amanda Brihed, founder of Black Monday, an organization dedicated to dismantling the FRA-law, saying that she had contacts with PR agencies. This coupled with the fact stoppafralagen.nu [...]
Closing arguments. Nothing really surprising here except maybe that the prosecutor didn’t ask for the maximum two years of prison time. Prosecutor Roswall claims that there are 64 ad spaces on the site and at an estimated 3500sek/week The Pirate Bay has earned over 10 000 000sek. Problem with that is that there are only 4 [...]

Ars Technica takes a look at the history behind The Pirate Party SE. It covers a lot of areas, from the first line that Falkvinge dropped in a chat (on DC iirc) to Sweden’s broadband situation and Young Pirate.
It doesn’t mention The Bureau of Piracy though. Not that we always agree with each other. But [...]
Like I posted earlier, Roger Wallis who pretty much obliterated all arguments by the prosecution today asked for flowers for his wife.
This led to #wallisflowers on EFnet, wich led to a simple site where people who sent stuff to wallis can register their gift.
So far (2009-02-26 18:55) the gifts total 30 368sek. That’s 3 402.53$ [...]
